Two knowledge-based companies under the Golrang Pharmaceutical Group, Faran Shimi and Soroush Mana Pharmed, participated in the 7th International Iran Pharmex 2025 Exhibition to present their latest achievements in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
According to the Public Relations Department of Golrang Pharmaceutical Group, the Iran Pharmex 2025 Exhibition opened on May 12, 2025 (23 Ordibehesht 1404) and will continue until Thursday, May 14, 2025 at the Iran Mall Exhibition Center.
On the opening day of the event, Dr. Pir-Salehi, head of Iran’s Food and Drug Administration, visited the Faran Shimi booth and became acquainted with the company’s capabilities and pharmaceutical production capacities.
Founded in 2010 , Faran Shimi is one of Golrang’s established subsidiaries, specializing in the production of APIs and finished pharmaceutical products. Today, it is recognized as a key supplier of opioid APIs and other active pharmaceutical substances within Iran and across the region.
Soroush Mana Pharmed, launched in 2019 with a focus on API manufacturing, expanded its operations in 2023 to include the production of finished drugs. The company’s rapidly growing product portfolio reflects its dynamism and innovative approach within Iran’s pharmaceutical industry.
Iran Pharmex 2025 brings together 506 companies involved in the pharmaceutical supply chain, including API manufacturers, equipment providers, packaging companies, nutritional supplement producers, herbal medicine developers, academic institutions, and regulatory organizations. Additionally, 48 international companies from 18 countries are participating in this global event.
Highlights of the exhibition include over 130 educational programs, such as the specialized seminar “Pharmaceutical Care in Oncology,” as well as the attendance of ambassadors and international trade delegations.
